On the web: sign in, open your account screen, and press Cancel subscription — one button, straight to the confirmation, no phone call. On a phone: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Either way, everything stays unlocked until the period you already paid for ends, and nothing is charged again after that.

Open your account and press Delete my data — in the Security tab, inside «My data and privacy». It erases the account at once, with no way back: your profile, email, every game, coach reads and lesson progress, and any club link — all gone. Two things outlive it, and neither can be turned back into you: a one-way hash of the email stays 12 months, so the same address cannot claim a second free trial or a second refund, and a payment you actually made is kept six years after the end of the tax year because the law says so — no longer tied to any account. Nightly backups of the database age out within about 70 days. An active subscription has to be cancelled first — the button asks for that before it deletes anything. Check that Bots speak aloud is on — Account → Sound and voice — and that the device isn't muted. The host and the bots have voices in all three table languages. Voices load in the background, and nothing waits for them: until they arrive your device's own voice covers the table, which is why the first minutes can sound flatter. On a weak device the table keeps the system voice and says so.

Progress lives on the account, not the device — it comes back the moment you sign in with the same email you played under. Check the exact address (no typo, no second email) and that you're actually signed in here. Still missing after that? Write to us with the email and roughly when you last played, and it gets looked up.

Open Clubs and press Start a club — one short form. Once we have verified the club, its code gives fourteen days of everything free to up to 20 new players every 30 days — the days start when the player confirms their email. If the places are taken, the gift waits and starts by itself on the player’s first visit after a place opens. Running the club costs nothing — 0% commission, permanently.

The fastest way is "Report a problem" at the bottom of every page — it travels with whatever you were doing when it happened. Otherwise write to us and say: what screen you were on, what you tapped, what you expected, and what actually happened — a screenshot helps a lot. Every report is read; say first if it's blocking you from playing right now.
