Delete your account
Three ways to ask — in the app, on the website, or by writing to us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app (iPhone or Android)
Open Settings and press Delete my data, next to Pause my account. An active subscription has to be cancelled first — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions — the button asks for that before it deletes anything.
On the website
Sign in at mafiavoice.com, open Settings → Your account, and press Delete my data. Same rule: an active subscription needs cancelling first — open Progress and press Manage.
By writing to us
No account to sign into, or would rather ask a person? Write to us and ask for your account and data to be deleted — same result, done for you, usually the same day.
What's deleted at once
Your profile, your email address, every game you played, every coach read, your lesson progress, and any club link — gone the moment deletion goes through, with no backup and no recovery.
It also happens by itself, after 24 months
If nobody signs in to an account for 24 months, we delete it — the same deletion this page describes, nothing kept back. You are told first, twice: an email to the address on the account naming the date, at least 60 days ahead, and a reminder about a week before it. Signing in once cancels it, with nothing to do and nothing to pay. A paid account is never deleted this way, nor is a club organiser's while their club is running. What stays, and for how long
A one-way hash of your email address — never the address itself, and nothing that can be turned back into it — stays for 12 months, only to stop the same address claiming a second free trial or a second refund. If you ever paid, the payment record itself stays for seven years, kept by law, and is no longer linked to your account. Full detail: the privacy notice.
